Business IT Specialist /
IT Operations Technology Engineer (m/f/other) Business process optimisation

Your tasks:

• Developing concepts for the automation of IT business processes and implementing high-quality and intelligent software systems
• Analysis and modelling of company and business processes
• IT requirement analysis and management
• Developing a data warehouse solution, including integration of various data sources
• Developing individual additions and interfaces, and customisation of systems
• Working closely with the production and quality team to support manufacturing on a daily basis, e.g. retrieving and processing data and reports.
• Supporting automation projects from customer request through to commissioning and qualification, including management of the related maintenance programs to ensure valid system status

Your qualifications:

• Degree in (business) IT or comparable qualification
• Knowledge of the SQL database
• Knowledge of network technology (IP, switch, firewall etc.)
• Knowledge of HMI usability and ISO standard 9241-110 desirable
• Microsoft server knowledge desirable (AD, IIS)
• Enthusiasm for innovation
• IT affinity, agility of mind
• Good spoken and written German and English
• Customer-focused thinking and conduct plus a solution-oriented method of working
• Independent, self-reliant approach to tasks, good teamworking skills and reliability
