Technical Consultant (m/f/other) in the field of Automation and Facility Electric

Your tasks:

• General office organisation for the Automation and Facility Electric departments
• Managing documentation and forms
• Procuring office supplies and handling telephone, email and letter correspondence as well as incoming and outgoing mail
• Providing direct support to the departments in general back-office activities and day-to-day operations
• Managing invoices and checking delivery notes
• Maintaining the Facility Management service desk (as a service agent), e.g. recording, qualifying and assigning service orders
• Participating in special tasks and projects

Your qualifications:

• Commercial training with interest in technical projects and the interconnections
• Strong communication skills and an open approach to people
• Service-oriented focus
• Open and adaptable to change and innovation
• Independent, self-reliant and target-oriented approach to tasks
• Very good spoken and written German and English
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good analytical and organisational skills as well as the ability to work under pressure complete your profile
