Our Facility Technology department has an immediate vacancy for an
Industrial Mechanic for building technology (m/f/other)
Your tasks:
- Ensuring trouble-free operation through preventive maintenance and servicing of the technical supply systems on site
- Carrying out technical problem solving as well as troubleshooting and defect correction to ensure the proper operation of the technical building equipment
- Intensive collaboration with a range of technical departments within the company
- Supervising external contractors when carrying out major repair and maintenance work or conversion measures
- Supporting projects in the field of operating technology (system modernisation)
- Creating technical documentation
Your qualifications:
- Vocational qualification as an Industrial Mechanic / Mechatronics Technician; further training as a technician or a similar qualification (m/f/other in each case) is desirable
- Ideally experience in the operation and maintenance of technical supply and building systems
- High level of responsibility, commitment and self-reliance
- Willingness for further education and training
- Flexibility, team spirit, service orientation and physical resilience
- Good spoken and written German and English
- Reliability, teamwork skills and good communication
