Industrial Mechanic for building technology (m/f/other)

Your tasks:

• Ensuring trouble-free operation through preventive maintenance and servicing of the technical supply systems on site
• Carrying out technical problem solving as well as troubleshooting and defect correction to ensure the proper operation of the technical building equipment
• Intensive collaboration with a range of technical departments within the company
• Supervising external contractors when carrying out major repair and maintenance work or conversion measures
• Supporting projects in the field of operating technology (system modernisation)
• Creating technical documentation

Your qualifications:

• Vocational qualification as an Industrial Mechanic / Mechatronics Technician; further training as a technician or a similar qualification (m/f/other in each case) is desirable
• Ideally experience in the operation and maintenance of technical supply and building systems
• High level of responsibility, commitment and self-reliance
• Willingness for further education and training
• Flexibility, team spirit, service orientation and physical resilience
• Good spoken and written German and English
• Reliability, teamwork skills and good communication
